Tianjin Ninghe County Jingyi Metal Pieces Parts Processing Factory is located at the point of 400m south of Dabeidao of 205 national highway between Beijing, Tianjin and Tangshan, whose communication is very convenient. It is an enterprise comprised ofdevelopment and manufacture of molds, molds-melt cast and mechanic processing. Our factory occupies an area of 5,000 sq.m. with 2,000 sq.m.of construction area. Now there are 85 members, who have all been trained before going on the position. Among whom there are 12 technicians, including 4 with middle technical title, 2 with senior technical title. The facotry is equipped with 10 sets ofmold melt facilities and more than 20 sets of mechanic processing facilities, among which the melt intermediate frequency furnace reaches the national advanced technical level. checking lab, physical and chemical lab and pump efficiency lab,guarantee the high quality of the product and are tested by county technical supervision bureau every a certian period.
